Research Analyst

Job Description :

- Reporting into Product manager, this person would be an important part of the Northwest Team and would be located in New Delhi

- Conduct wide-ranging secondary searches in published literature, web, video content and synthesize information to elicit key insights for use in various research deliverables

- Lead discussions and conduct interviews with senior executives, academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas

- Evaluate, analyze, and structure the information for use in various research deliverables

- Develop insights that are practical and actionable (not academic), grounded in executives- workflows in various areas of management and IT

- Deliver on a regular calendar of research deliverables - case studies, programs, whitepapers, how-to guides, tools and best practice case studies- around a specific functional area

- Present research findings verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences. Explain complex ideas in terms busy executives can quickly absorb and apply

- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 3 plus years of experience in research / consulting / content writing / developing case studies / building programs

- Strong appetite to dive deep into a given content terrain to develop expertise and distill key findings

- Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with particular attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically

- Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English

- Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others

- Comfortable in working as an individual contributor with little oversight and delivering on tight deadlines

- Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting

- Strong academic record - Bachelors in any field from a top ranking college; MBA/MA from a top tier institute is preferred
