Northwest Executive Education - Manager - Program/Curriculum Job Description: - Develop the Learning Programs Roadmap, for online learning / e-learning programs - Execute the on roadmap, turning vision and plans into online programs through instructional design principles - Conduct wide-ranging secondary searches in published literature, web, video content and synthesize information to elicit key insights for use in various deliverables - Lead discussions and conduct interviews with senior executives, academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas - Evaluate, analyze, and structure the information for use in various program deliverables - Develop insights that are practical and actionable (not academic), beneficial to executives with careers in various areas of management and technology - Deliver on a regular calendar of deliverables - case studies, programs, whitepapers, how-to guides, tools and best practice case studies - Present research findings to internal and external audiences. Explain complex ideas in terms that busy executives can quickly absorb and apply - Guide and mentor other team members such as interns and research analysts to plan and deliver on large scale projects Desired Skills & Experience: - 5 plus years of experience in research / consulting / content writing / developing case studies / building programs - Strong appetite to dive deep into a given content domain to develop expertise and distill key findings - Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data - Strong oral and written communication skills, with particular attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically - Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others - Comfortable in working as an individual contributor with little oversight and delivering on tight deadlines - Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting - Strong academic record - Bachelors in any field with strong performance; MBA/MS preferred About Northwest Northwest is a leading Executive Education company, Co-Founded in 2015 by alumni of Harvard, Business School, Berkeley Haas School of Business and IITs.
