Northwest Executive Education - Manager - Career Services (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the executive-level placements for participants in various programs within the portfolio of Northwest Executive Education
- Responsible for targeting, developing and maintaining a strong connection with top-tier organizations across the country at all levels including CHRO, Group level HR Head, and Head of talent acquisition.
- Work with organizations to develop a systematic talent pipeline management plan with strong and deep relationships for various Northwest programs.
- Own the entire process life-cycle from beginning the relationship with prospective employers to creating placement opportunities and the facilitating hiring of our participants.
- Expected to contribute influence to our program design and delivery from the perspective of improving the career prospects of participants.
- Organize familiarization, brand building, and marketing activities at potential client sites to promote Northwest programs and brands
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience including experience as either
- Ideally should have held positions such as: a) Head of Placements in a reputed MBA Institution in India, OR b) Senior placement consultant from top tier recruitment firms
- Strong existing network of relationships with HR heads and CXOs, as well as various executive search and head hunting agencies
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
- Should bhigh-energyle in a high energy, flexible setup and able to handle responsibilities as an individual
- Should be a team player
- Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent and demonstrate high integrity
- Open to traveling nationally and internationally Qualifications top-tiers in any field from a top tier institution MBA/MA from a top tier institute preferred
