Content Marketing - Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the marketing and sales teams to drive strategic alignment and drive incremental course enrollments and profitable revenue growth across our portfolio - Establishing best practices and improving overall comms across different consumer touchpoints - Designing and executing initiatives to drive paid and organic traffic to the company website and drive leads throughout the funnel - Employ workflows and automation tools to build efficiency in day-to-day tasks - Encourage the team to apply an experimentation mindset to drive a test, learn, and optimise cycles employ A/B testing and other experimentation strategies Product Marketing - Work with the leadership team on positioning and messaging of the product - Own the go-to-market strategy for new cohorts - Identify customer needs and drive conversion - Plan and lead product launch and releases by determining scope, messaging, channels, and targeting Product Content - Own all product related content such as blogs, guides, brochures, campaigns - Lead all the communication strategies related customer repeat and reactivations - Closely work with the sales team to refine the demo flow, create cohort- based decks, build product and use-case collaterals, nurture emails - Manage cross functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on the set revenue targets - Create and update the website, playbooks, blogs, based on feedback and shifting market demands
