Northern Arc Capital - Head - Financial Products

JOB OBJECTIVE :

The role will be responsible for sourcing and offering suitable financial products for AltiFi's investors. It will include liaising with a wide range of institutional investors and corporate treasuries to procure appropriate, diversified and sufficient products to cater to the demands of investors. These products will include fixed income instruments across high yield, corporate bonds and Government Securities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Strategize, source and execute the product stack for the platform

- Responsible for curating and managing the product stack based on investor demand and feedback

- Tactically analyze the requirements of investors across parameters and procure suitable offerings that can be placed through the platform

- Forge, deepen and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices and corporate treasuries

- Pricing decisions for monetizing the platform

- Coordinate with all stakeholders as necessary in order to conceptualize and introduce new product into the platform

- New Product Development. Launching new products, streamlining processes.

- Regular coordination with business stakeholders and initiate new processes of product enhancement as per market standards

- Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Treasury, Operations, Credit and IT, to create and continuously enable changes as necessary.

Ideal Profile :

- Experience in the fixed income industry, especially in bonds trading and stakeholder management

- Strong relationships with institutional investors and corporate treasuries

- Ability to work in an evolving and unstructured environment

- Strong leadership qualities and ability to build a team
