Northern Arc Capital - Credit Manager - Retail MSME & Affordable Housing Finance

To be primarily responsible for underwriting of retail MSME loans and Affordable Housing Loans.

Description :

- Engagement with the leadership team in refining overall underwriting framework.

- Manage a team of credit and risk professionals.

- Responsible for Assessment of Loan Proposals in Line with the Credit Policy of the Company.

- Ensuring underwriting quality and specified turnaround time.

- Rigorous credit assessment of borrowers including KYC, personal discussions, field verifications, cashflow analysis, collateral assessment and other credit norms.

- Engaging with internal and external vendors and relevant authorities for loan approvals.

- Support business and operations team in closing any other activities related to closure of loan proposals.

- Ensuring all compliance, documentation and other reporting requirements

- Monitor portfolio quality and underlying industry trends and control delinquency levels.

- Candidate must be based at Madurai and willing to travel to meet customer and assess properties in Tamilnadu
