Support the foundation in providing strategic leadership for its India operations and establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Work closely with the executive management team in the US, India and the board of directors in India.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide strategy, leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the foundation are put into practice.
- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the board.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Allocate appropriate funds based on foundation's priorities.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the team.
- Represents the foundation with key clients, funding partners and eco-system partners.
- Assist, as required, in raising funds at appropriate intervals to enable the foundation to meet long term growth objectives.
- Oversee overall project management, communication/coordination and documentation activities.
- Actively engage in identification of key sectoral reform areas that feed into strategy formulation.
