Designation: North & East Head

Reporting to: NSH

Span of Control: 4 - 8 direct, team of 40+ under each reportee

The Position:

- Efficient Sales Process Management to ensure achievement of business targets and implementation of the Sales Strategy to address Sales coverage of the territory.

- Instrumental at managing overall profitability of sales and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of resources to achieve organizational objectives.

- Review performance of the team & monitor each Sales person's daily performance to make sure that the progress is aligned to the monthly plans.

- Motivate the team members to perform well and assist them in the Selling process whenever needed. Offer counselling, coaching and provide information that team members may need to meet their Sales targets.

- Work closely with marketing team to identify event opportunities that would enhance business.

- To ensure that CRM systems are accurately updated and the required documentation is completed.

- Develop and maintain relationship with customers for the possibilities of repeat business and referencing.

- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful and smooth delivery of the Post-Sales Services to the customer. Would be required to assist the team in closing the customer issues if any.

- Work with HR to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive

- Monitor regular adherence to company policies and procedures.

- A successful track record for sales delivery in line with budgets.

- A hands-on style and proven experience of managing and motivating a Sales team.

- In-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems to support successful delivery.

Experience: 12 Years +

Qualification: Graduate - MBA
