About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a 'Strategy & Operations' in the Founders Office. This role will involve working closely with the founders to provide critical insights, conduct research, perform competitive analysis, build SaaS models, and crunch deep data. We are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude, strong academic or professional background, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Key Roles & responsibilities :
- Own and execution of Founders agenda, drive key initiatives, act as a key advisor for leadership meetings & initiatives across the organization
- Own and drive some founder's key projects and initiative
- Serve as liaison between team members, executives, senior leaders, and founders, regarding company strategy , culture , project updates, proposals, and planning
- Own management presentation , planning and MIS
- Design & support the company's internal communications, coordinating the company-wide goals process
- Market and competition Research
- Execute go-to-market strategies with different stakeholders
- Monitor and Scale OKR process - help define & design function level OKRs, create an action plan with functional heads to drive towards company goals.
Job Requirement :
- B.Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 B school
- 2 years of experience working as a Business Consultant/Management Strategy or in a fast paced startup environment.
- Extra points if you have experience of starting your own company or as an early employee of a high-growth startup.
- Understanding of the data ecosystem and SaaS business model.
- Curiosity and a multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving.
- An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset. i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.
- Confidence to work collaboratively across many business segments, integrating information across the organization.
- Willingness to do both big and small things, from working on major presentations to grinding through large datasets. Whatever it takes to advance the organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines
