Job Brief:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience of around 1-3 yrs.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Exceptional communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
