- Management of the Accounts Payable &amp; Supplier Relationship department - Ensure all accounting activities are completed accurately and on time in an efficient manner. - Provide Financial Analysis and management reports to the various business stakeholders. - Ensure all financial &amp; budgetary controls are in place for the division and the company. - Supervise a team of Accounts Executives &amp; Accounts Assistants - Ensure staffing is adequate to cover the responsibilities and requirements of the operation. - Prepare and check the monthly reports and prepare commentary &amp; analysis for Management. - Regularly review the processes in place and recommend and implement change where practical. - Understand and appropriately handle employees, control, audit, reporting, systems and business analysis issues. Requirement: - Minimum 10 years of accounting BPO / KPO experience with hands-on practical experience as a Team Leader on accounts payable &amp; supplier relation in a BPO. - An experienced Team Leader managing an Accounting team of 20+ individuals in a Financial BPO. - Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system - Strong Team-building and leadership skills; in addition to strong interpersonal skills. - Possess and exercise sound analytical, and problem-solving skillsJob Description: Location: Gurgaon
