Noon - Project Manager - Catalogue Experience

Role and Responsibilities -

1. Responsible for Content/Catalog strategy in Noon : i.e optimize how our products are represented to derive maximum value from our eCommerce platforms/marketplaces

2. Drive programs to improve Shopability by collaborating and consult directly with key stakeholders: Commercial teams, Tech/Program, Planning, Taxonomy, Seller & Customer experience teams etc to ensure good quality ingestion from Sellers and output from internal/partner teams

3. Re-define Catalog Attributes and rules specific to categories

4. Build Catalog guidelines (to be consumed by Noon teams, Catalog partners and Sellers)

5. Conceptualize the framework for Rich content experience for top brands and build Buying guides for our customers to enable them to make well informed decisions

6. Drive Benchmarking exercise and drive adoption of Industry specific best practices

7. Deep dive, analyze and improve on frequently occurring errors and inefficiencies like escalations, customer complaints, returns, warehouse issues etc and work with Ops, Tech/Program and commercial teams to address the same

8. Bar raiser in Noon for better Catalog experience for end consumer

Requirements:

- 8+ years successful experience working in catalog/merchandising roles in specific categories for eCommerce/Retail companies

- Deep knowledge and passion for global eCommerce/market trends, and hunger to lead the future of Catalog experience for Noon.

- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a broad and diverse team. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and articulate a strategic vision backed by deep understanding of the category, data and critical thinking.
