Noon - Program Manager - Finance

This function will provide finance support to internal business partners, providing thoughtful analysis and insight into business trends. Essential duties and responsibilities include monthly close, budgeting, long range planning and forecasting, variance analysis, decision support projects and ad hoc analysis.

Profile :

- Highly detail oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels within the organization.

- Proficient in excel, word and power-point; Big-querry knowledge is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Masters' degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting.

- 1-3 years of finance or related experience for Business Analysts.

- Consumer products / retail experience is a plus.
