Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives within the quick commerce division.

- In this role, you will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives / programs to enhance the quick commerce business share of categories by owning assortment plans by store, replenishment flows, and driving exclusive campaigns within the q-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives to maximize category share on the Q-commerce platform and refine strategic plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage the assortment design framework with categories & Implement strategies with categories to maintain sufficient inventory levels in the relevant warehouses to improve availability

- Drive initiates to optimize supply by collaborating with sourcing teams to identify alternate / multiple supply sources.

- Continuously optimize & maintain replenishment flows for fast moving products.

- Drive assortment suggestions based on trends on the platform & within geographies. Lead initiatives and campaigns with brands, with a focus on the quick commerce-specific offerings

- Take ownership of P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Spearhead exclusive initiatives to optimize bottom-line.

- Monitor and analyze program performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact program success, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program/project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- 3-5 years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, category management, quick commerce or related roles.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects or programs from inception to completion.

- Experience with P&L management and financial analysis.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience with MS Office / Excel.

- Experience with SQL, Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data studio / Looker is a plus.
