To achieve this goal, noon has built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals. After launching in 2017, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximize our customer reach and product offerings.

As Pricing Manager, you will work closely with the Merchandise Manager to develop, launch and execute the pricing strategy for an entire market by ensuring margin is optimally managed and that we reflect our pricing strategy in all-new assortment considerations. You will need to keep up with market insights and consumer trends and ensure we are benchmarking successfully versus our competitors and other private label brands in the market. This position will oversee the pricing strategy for an entire market.

This position will also require communication with our central planning team, sourcing team, and in-stock management team. As one of the early members of this newly formed team, you will have one of the most consequential roles in making sure we deliver on our promise to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform pricing & margin analytics for the local market accounting for competitor prices as well as the wider private label brands market.

- Develop & execute the pricing strategy in the market while continuously improving processes and tools to support the strategic and operative price point setting

- Closely collaborate with the Merchandise Manager to ensure pricing strategy is coherent with the everchanging assortment and accounts for our margin strategy

- Gather and analyze cost-benefit intelligence and derive actionable insights for the sourcing team.

- Oversee pricing associates that will track and feedback on pricing sensitivity, market insights and suggest strategies on a micro-fulfillment center level relevant for each corresponding community

Requirements:

- Degree in Banking, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment (consulting, banking, start-up) ideally in a pricing related function

- Highly analytical mindset and ability to break down large data sets and turn them into actionable insights

- Good understanding of price point set in an e-commerce environment, ideally gained experience working in another micro-fulfillment center model

- Attention to detail and love to work with people and numbers at the same time

- Understanding of managing KPIs and OKRs

- Very good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English

- Entrepreneurial and ready to roll your sleeves up to help noon embark on a new high growth adventure

Who will excel?

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.

At noon we have courage to pursue what seems impossible, we work hard to get things done, we go great lengths to ensure that the experience of everyone from our customers to our sellers or noon bandidos is stellar but above all, we are grateful for the opportunities we have.

If you feel the above values resonate with you - you will enjoy this incredible journey with us!
