Ops Lead Noon bazaar, Dubai will be responsible for leading the fulfillment for Noon bazaar, optimize existing process flows and create new ones, adhering to operating budget. Assess cost saving projects and implement them successfully, lead, manage and optimize the core fulfillment operations including supply chain, logistics and the warehouse team, hire, coach, mentor and raise the teams to deliver and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading within an entrepreneurial environment, being equally comfortable driving operations strategy. Key responsibilities : - Manage the daily operations, long-term road map of Logistics and warehouse for Noon bazaar - Ensure timely delivery of orders for Noon bazaar, oversee cross border movements for stock and adhere to timelines that impact business. - Be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and make sense of a variety of different data types and input - Ability to articulate the eCommerce vision and set the foundation for achieving it - Identify gaps and develop business case for new solutions - Strong eCommerce operational experience with the ability to re-imagine new ways to improve upon the client promise; - Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Candidate must be comfortable in working on multiple projects and manage teams for best results. - Have the ability to be able to work with complex cross functional teams/ should be able to influence cross functional teams. - Strong work ethics and ability to lead a team for achieving goals. - Must aggressively defend a good strategy against random changes, fads and single- escalations - Capacity to continuously drive innovation and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives - Constantly question the status quo and bring in fresh insights into development of products & features. Qualifications : - 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Education - Candidates from tier 1-2 college only. - Experience of working in a high growth paced e-commerce environment. - Passionate about e-commerce and operations management. - Good experience as an operations manager in e-commerce company. - Strong ability to work with multiple functional groups - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and think outside of the box. - Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach. - Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of ownership and a disciplined approach to quality and its effect on the intended audience. - Candidates currently in UAE will be given preference
