Noon is seeking an entrepreneurial and goal oriented individual to Head our Seller Operations function based out of Dubai, UAE. Job Description : 1. Lead a highly passionate team tasked with managing and delivering the best seller and customer experience. 2. Set up an account management function for tier-2 sellers 3. Continuously improve the KPIs of Seller Operations for UAE business 4. Deep-dive to understand the root cause of each issue facing the team / customers / sellers, prioritize and drive to resolve them. 5. Manage key stakeholders within the company to ensure smooth business operations 6. Take quality business decisions to drive improvements 7. Improve team productivity and reduce per-unit cost of your team Pre-requisites : 1. 10+ years of experience in Seller Management, Account Management or Seller Operations 2. Phenomenal stakeholder management skills and interpersonal skills 3. Extreme ownership sense and aggression to Deliver results 4. Ability to read and understand data so as to take efficient business decisions 5. Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) 6. Extremely proactive 7. MBA from Tier-1 institute with atleast 3 years of experience working in top-management roles.
