Responsibilities :

- Ensure Optimal Inventory health across categories @ Noon retail.

- Achieve and maintain high in-stock rates & optimize inventory placements to reduce last-mile cost across categories.

- Own and drive forecasting engine for designated considering campaign cadence and micro and macro factors.

- Manage inventory end to end, ensure optimal inventory health by having the right inventory parameters and executing exit strategies before SKU enters SLOB status.

- Work with S&OP team for Inbound planning and capacity management across FC- s

- Drive Automation for inventory planning.

- Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL

- Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines

Qualifications :

- Degree in Business or Operations Management required MBA preferred

- Strong Data analysis/Microsoft Excel/SQL skills

- Relevant experience of 8+ years in FMCG/Retail/ eCommerce will be preferred.

- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information professionally &concisely with supporting data
