Job Role: CRM Campaign Manager Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Drive all programs developed through an experimentation pipeline in conjunction with business priorities and category goals - Expand reach and efficiency of owned channels (Push notification, Email, SMS, etc) - Be the owner and custodian of user insights, drive the demand shaping interventions and ensure a seamless communication for the user - Collaborate with Product teams to develop a pipeline of new product offerings that help in uplifting Reach, Conversion, Engagement - Dive deep into customer data to find out target audience, insights for growth related experiments - Coordination with design, copy &amp; content, product and tech to ensure momentum for CRM projects - Own execution of campaigns using customer engagement tools - Develop the CRM playbook, adopting the right user segmentation model, relevant merchandising and marketing tech for a personalized experience to achieve user goals of acquisition, repeat, churn reduction and reactivation Skills and Experience - Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment - 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing/CRM in a consumer facing internet based org. preferably in startup/e-commerce - Demonstrated ability of figuring out business insights and driving smart decisions through quantitative user data - Experience of working directly with product and tech team - Hands on experience of using any customer engagement tools like Webengage, MoEngage, CleaverTap, etc. - Designing experiments such as A/B tests - Experience of working with Databases using SQL or related technology - Data analysis through Excel and knowledge of the statistical tools like R or Python is a plus - Ability to make HTML adjustments in code - General understanding of success metrics Location: Gurgaon
