What you will do: We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Lead to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be working closely with Marketing, Operations & Support teams to understand the requirements of users and help grow our community exponentially. Responsibility : - Run company social media advertising campaigns - organic and paid. - Formulate high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign. - Expand our social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence. - Monitor the company's brand on social media. - Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers. - Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement. - Respond to comments on each of our accounts. - Oversee customer service provided via social media. - Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives. - Coach employees company-wide on content creation best practices. Requirements : - 4+ years of proven work experience as a Social media associate/manager, particularly on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok (or alternatives). - Intermediate level of experience & understanding of brand management. - Hands-on experience in content management (think memes!) - Superb copywriting skills. - Experience working with influencers and has run campaigns. - Solid knowledge of design principles. - Knowledge of online marketing channels - Excellent communication skills - Analytical and multitasking skills - Social by nature - you live and breathe social media!
