Responsibilities: 1. Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels and growth loops to drive user growth 2. Improve user onboarding funnel. Design and run experiments to test and validate hypotheses. 3. Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future growth strategies 4. Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand 5. Providing inputs &amp; expertise to drive efficacy of product and marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.) 6. Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels 7. Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback &amp; present results Requirements: 1. You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from a Top Tier School (IIT, IIM, ISB). 2. You have 7+ years of experience in the tech industry with at least 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in a fast moving startup. 3. You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas. 4.
