What you will do: As a growth hacker you will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetization of the our product. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels. 1) Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels and growth loops to drive user growth. 2) Improve user onboarding funnel. Design and run experiments to test and validate hypotheses. 3) Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future growth strategies. 4) Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand. 5) Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of product and marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.) 6) Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels. 7) Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results About You: As we are building a brand new team here in India we're looking for members who are proactive problem solvers and would relish the opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization. We are looking for an enthusiastic growth hacker with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research & attention to detail. Requirements: 1) You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from a Top Tier School (IIT, IIM, ISB). 2) You have 7+ years of experience in the tech industry with at least 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in a fast-moving startup. 3) You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas. 4) You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth. 5) You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
