Job Role: Were looking for Accounts Payable &amp; Treasury Accountant to lead our efforts in managing the AP &amp; Treasury function in India, with strong focus on vendor management, budget control, treasury/banking operations, P2P &amp; ERP management, as well as manage the local tax &amp; audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the monthly closing of accounts payable &amp; treasury function on Oracle NetSuite. - Act as the focal point in all communications with local vendors, banks &amp; country operation teams. - Ensure compliance of all local tax laws such as withholding tax, income tax, GST, etc. - Act as the focal point with external auditor, tax advisors &amp; legal team. - Manage the entire P2P cycle including all cash outflows, vendor management, budget control, PR/PO process on the system. - Review &amp; approve all payment requests and ensure compliance with the accounts payable policy &amp; payment approval matrix. - Analyze all cash out flows by payment method, category &amp; vendor and provide business insights on spend management improvements. - Responsible for all GL entries; such as accruals, provisions, fixed assets, amortization, etc. - Manage the monthly cash flow forecast process in coordination with FP&amp;A teams. Basic Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable &amp; treasury operations. Good knowledge of local tax laws &amp; returns is an asset. - Proficiency in Excel, Power Query &amp; Power Pivot Tools. Oracle NetSuite experience is a big advantage. - Analytical mindset, data-driven, detailed oriented &amp; open to work with Can do attitude. - Deep ERP system expertise, including experience in system integrations &amp; process design. We need someone who love developing systems &amp; automation. - Experience interacting with multiple cross-functional teams &amp; departments. - Previous experience in Tech or eCommerce is a big advantage. - Excellent communication skills English is the main communication language. - Growth mindset &amp; strong ownership, we are a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of ones exact job description; we are looking for folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
