Job Title - Treasury Manager

Work Experience - Over 5 yrs. (Preferable foreign Bank)

Certification - CTP, CFA, CMA, CPA etc

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or any other related Course. Master's degree (If Any) will be an added advantage

Reporting Line - Team Head

Job Summary :

Responsible for Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsibility :

- To Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.).

- To monitor & project daily cash positions and money market transactions to ensure the funding mix and funding cost are in line with the bank's strategies and liquidity and interest rate risks are pre-set risk

Forecasting

- Medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable).

Managing

- Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting

- Treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging etc.)

- Bank daily liquidity position, statutory requirements, CRR, SLR and LCR.

Preparation

- Reports about business activities for internal use or for public consumption such as financial statements.

- Relevant reports and analysis e.g. Market commentary, accruals for treasury related transactions, Monthly liquidity analysis, Daily forex profit etc.

Review & Assess

- Treasury related policies and procedure and makes necessary changes, if any between branch and HO Policy from time to time.

- Funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities.

Reporting

- (Conducting all the below works after reporting Team Head)

- To RBI

- To HQ on a timely basis

- To the Regulatory authorities as and when required on required Information/data

Others

- Head Officer & other team Leader's direction(s) related with Treasury work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments.

- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
