As a Recruiter (non-tech),you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and strong negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various roles within the organization.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, share market insights, and offer solutions to challenges.

- Act as a strategic partner, advising stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and career opportunities to potential candidates.

- Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

- Conduct salary negotiations with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget constraints.

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create compelling job offers that attract top talent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 8 to 10 years of proven experience as a Non-Tech Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a professional services organization.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

- Demonstrated negotiation skills and an understanding of market trends.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
