- Work as a part of the Wholesale Strategy division on global, regional and divisional projects with a focus on Investment Banking
- Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, investor day, off-sites, town halls
- Support management / business on strategic projects (e.g. identifying opportunities in new areas of growth, developing medium-term business strategy and planning, acquisition screening / evaluation for inorganic opportunities, etc.)
- Strategic assessment of underperforming businesses and development of scenarios / recommendations for business heads
- Conduct analysis of the competitive and general macro / market environment for senior management presentations. Develop market sizing / revenue pool models performance analysis, changes in business environment and key themes impacting the earnings
- Most of the projects require working closely with strategy team members, business CAOs, finance and other functional teams in different regions; working independently or with the support of another member of the team
- The role provides wide exposure into Investment Banking industry across traditional banking (ECM, DCM, M&A, ALF) and non-traditional banking (Risk Solutions, Insurance Solutions, Equity Solutions etc.) as well as exposure to other Wholesale businesses
