Role & Responsibilities -
- Support Cost Management & Analytics team in cost allocation within the function / region as well as to business
- Co-ordinating with Global stakeholders and CAOs across regions to formulate allocation methodologies and drivers.
- Consolidation and Reporting of firm wide expenses and corporate allocations.
- Deep dive on corporate cost allocations to provide meaningful insights to business.
- Assisting onshore with budgeting activities during budget period.
- Design reports using new age tools like PowerBI, Alteryx.
- Re-engineer existing processes and report enhancements.
- Adhoc, Projects, Presentations, MIS requests.
Mandatory
- Strong Accounting and Analytical skills
- Understanding of Cost Analytics
- Problem solver and ability to work independently
- Financial services industry exposure
- Prior experience in cost allocation procedure
- Working knowledge with either PowerBI or Alteryx
- Strong MS Excel and VBA
