Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures specific to design projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry best practices.

- Perform comprehensive reviews and evaluations of design deliverables, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements, to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with designers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, project objectives, and client expectations.

- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to the design team, fostering continuous improvement and driving the highest level of design excellence.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, address potential issues, and ensure ongoing adherence to quality standards.

- Maintain a comprehensive record of quality control activities, including documentation of review findings, corrective actions, and quality metrics.

- Monitor and analyze design quality metrics to identify trends, track performance, and propose strategic enhancements to optimize design processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement streamlined workflows, and enhance efficiency without compromising quality.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design quality assurance, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative approaches within the organization.

- Act as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail throughout the design team and the organization as a whole.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to evaluating deliverables.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with quality control methodologies, processes, and tools is preferred.
