Job Description :
- Launch and lead a new vertical for prospective buyers in the NRI Market
- Study the market dynamics and develop the right model
- Build a world class team to execute and rapidly scale up the vertical
- Lead a team of pre-sales to generate and curate leads
- Lead a sales team to get closures done
- Work with the marketing team to ensure lead flow
- Liaison with other internal teams for other services like loans, interiors, property management etc.
- Work with the product and tech team to define the product roadmap and tech requirements
Desired Candidate
- 8+ years experience of leading a team with at least 3 years of leading a business vertical
- Experience of working with NRIs would be a plus
- Should be a great problem solver and be comfortable in developing and working in a rapidly evolving business model
- Strong with numbers and analytical skills to dive deep into the data and find solutions
