About the Team :

At Nobroker Builder Channel, we are on the path to providing an end-to-end seamless experience to future homeowners. The Client Advisors of our team have gone above and beyond to find the right HOME for more than 3000 families. We cater to 6 major geographies now - Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR and Chennai.

We have a loan team which facilitates financing for our customers. We have tie ups with various banks to ensure that the customers have multiple options to choose from as per their convenience. We are looking for someone to come in who will work as a bridge between the loan and sales team.

About the Role:

- Ramp up the funnel and direct more leads through the NB loan team to increase the overall NB revenue

- Liaison with the sales and loan team to ensure visibility of customers who are opting for loan through Nobroker loan department

- Shadow the sales team to check for the quality of the loan pitch and understand the first hand perspective of customers about the same.

- Provide prompt assistance in closures which get stuck due to loan eligibility and other financial constraints.

- Build tracking mechanisms to understand gaps and RCA the performance at different levels

(City,Cluster,Project etc.). Conduct reviews on closures which did not choose loan services through NB.

- Train the sales team on loan pitching and knowledge transfer of any latest development

- Understand best practices from other players in the market and through primary and secondary research

- Ensure that the sales team has all the collateral & documents pertaining to loan business at the tip of their fingers.

- Look for trends in TAT of loan disbursement of different banks(w.r.t interest,tenure,contribution% etc) and give recommendations.

The candidate needs to be a hustler with a get-it-done attitude who would actively get involved in creating a direct channel of communication between the Sales and loan team. He/She would act as a first point of contact for Sales who would address all concerns/apprehensions and work with the loan team to tailor feasible and effective solutions.

- Intermediate Excel/G-suite

- Project/Stakeholder Management

- Sales

- Good communication - Hindi and English is a must.
