Job Description:

- This is a leadership role, where the sales manager has to lead a team of 60 and drive revenue growth through the team.

- He/She will have to do the following work on day to day basis:

- Driving revenue of the team

- Data Crunching and Analytics

- Cross Coordination with other teams

- P&L Management

- Refine existing processes

Required Skills:

- The candidate should be from Engineering background, should have done B.Tech/BE

- The manager must have 5-6 years of experience in managing sales

- He/She must have handled a decent size team of 30-40 people

- Should Know how to drive sales through input matrix

- Good with execution

- Has experience in managing sales team (sales calling experience is not required)

- Good with problem-solving

- He/She should be good with MS Excel, should know how to create dashboards and fetch reports.

- He/She should be comfortable working on Weekends.
