NoBroker.com is a revolutionary online home rental platform that makes it possible to rent houses without paying any brokerage. with 1.5 lakh registered customers, we have created the world's largest C2C ecosystem of genuine owners and tenants. It is the only platform that is eliminating brokers in residential rental transactions by providing an information marketplace that enables owners and tenants to interact with each other directly. Started in 2013, we are live in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Pune and aim to expand to top 20 cities within next 1 year. Our focus on solving the customer problem, with the help of technology, has enabled us to witness an explosive growth in business. Our C2C approach is disrupting the B2C led rental market. We have been funded by SAIF Partners and Fulcrum Ventures. The company has been founded by IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad graduates and is going to disrupt the rental market across the world. The person will get a chance to work directly with the co-founders and provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

1. Take the consumer experience to the next level by building a world-class product

2. Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product area.

3. Take logical, data-driven decisions on product features that are high on customer engagement and conversion

4. Understand customer behaviour through primary and secondary research and lead development of the feature roadmap through conducting best practices research, analyse data, A/B tests and competitor benchmarking

5. Drive new feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data team to launch features, analyse results and make iterations

6. Prepare a roadmap for product features and ensure time to market is achieved by resource planning in advance

7. Building team of high class product managers

Requirements

1. Ability to understand the customer pain point and strong desire to solve the problem in best possible/innovative way

2. Exposure to technology product management and understanding on key technology trends in industry to come up with innovative product ideas.

3. Self confidence, go-getter attitude and a great team player

4. Experience of Product Management with consumer internet company is a must

5. Ability to analyse complex data and visualise the data in a simplified, clutter-free manner

6. Should have the ability to understand consumer behaviour and requirements

7. Should have an experience of working in cross-functional environment

8. Should be from a top-tier engineering college (IITs). MBA from a premier business school (IIMs/ISB) is a plus
