Role :

1. Devise the strategy to grow the business and improve both top line and bottom line

2. Lead the team to ensure outstanding execution

3. Work with internal stakeholders to lay out roadmap of business requirements and execution plan

4. Work with marketing team to generate relevant traffic and leads for achieving targets

5. Onboard external partners and prepare an annual, quarterly and monthly business plan with them

6. Drive efficiencies by analyzing data and implementing the action points across various teams

7. Continuous training and upskilling at all levels with the help of trainers and the team heads

8. Challenge status quo and industry norms to find an innovative solution which is a win-win for all

Requirement :

1. At least 10 years experience with minimum 3 years experience heading a vertical or a business

2. Should have led a large team of exceptional people

3. Should have BD/Sales experience to lead the teams

4. Should be ambitious and hardworking to build a very large business in a short span of time
