NoBroker.com - Business Development Manager

As part of the core leadership team, you will spearhead sales and expansion initiatives for the organization with respect to apartment societies across India.

You will be responsible for building the sales team for this vertical from scratch and will lead expansion/penetration of NoBroker in apartment societies across India and corresponding revenue generation.

Desired Skill :

- Leading a team in the large sales function of NoBroker by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.

- Working cohesively a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.

- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth.

- Doing process innovation, leading efficiency enhancements with the help of technology and creating a high-output team

- Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams

- Identify and execute against brand elevating partnerships and activations focused on turning NoBroker into a household name in apartment societies.
