Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountability :

What Does the Role Entail?

The role will closely work with the Strategy head of the builder vertical and other leaders

1. Strategic Projects & Planning

a. Business Planning for the Month, Quarter and Semi Annual

b. Identifying key Strategic projects that will help the business and the firm to grow over the defined period, while coordinating with other key business leaders

c. Execution of the Identified interventions by partnering with either 1 or all of these functions- Business , Product or marketing

2. Insights- Tracking and Monitoring of Key KPIS and Data on a weekly basis as a health check for business

Key Result Areas :

1. Track Business performance for the overall business and functions and identify issues and redflags before they happen

2. Come up with Hypothesis through a combination of stakeholder interviews and data analysis

3. Formulate Strategic Projects basis the proven hypothesis and drive them to a logical conclusions

4. Perform in-depth strategic research and analysis on growth opportunities for the business, identify trends, dive into key industry developments, monitor competitor moves, turn market & competitor insights into internal business recommendations.

5. Drive OKRs for the respective functions

Key Competencies :

1. Data Driven Approach- Ability to see every problem with the lens of data. Familiarity with data analysis at-least via excel. Dealing with SQl based databases is desirable

2. Problem Solving - Ability to silence the noise and identify the issue in a structured manner

3. Communication Skills- Structured in both oral and written communication, ability to present the ideas and solutions in simple manner

4. Stakeholder Management- At Least Intermediate skills in Handling Stakeholders at a 360 level. If no

5. Self Starter- The candidate should be motivated and be a Self Starter, the role requires that the candidate drives initiative to a logical conclusion and is not followed upon for providing updates
