RESPONSIBILITIES : - Program Management of key strategic initiatives in sales function to improve various key metrics - Preparation of special project reports, MIS and presentations to the leadership. - Conduct data analysis to figure out the root problems areas and create time bound action plans - Assist in understanding on ground issues, documentation and running training programs for specific skill improvement - Develop and measure effectiveness of various sales activities - Connecting with customers on regular intervals to understand the customer experience improvement - Drive sales pipeline management and lead churning activities Qualifications: - Data driven problem solving ability - Excellent business Acumen - Strong analytical skills - Preferably from Tier 1 IIT/NIT Background + MBA - Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Work experience - 3-5 years
