NoBroker - Director - Operations Management - IIT/NIT/BITS

Responsibilities

1. Lead a large operations team. Demonstrateleadership skills by building teams, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth

2. Help make NoBroker the #1 online real estate company in India in terms of customer responsiveness and overall execution

3. Also act as internal management consultant. Use analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions and implement changes quickly in operations team

4. Work cohesively with a team of talented and passionate managers in operations and technology ( this role reports directly to the founder). Bring your passion on the table to work in an environment of high work-independence

Requirements

1. Graduate from top college, preferably IIT. Experience in management consulting is a plus

2. High level of analytical and problem solving skills

3. Experience of leading a team is mandatory

4. Professional work experience anywhere between 5 to 10 years
