No broker is a full stack player in the prop-tech space and offers end-to-end services catering to each real estate need of a customer. We attained Unicorn status in Dec 2021 by becoming the first prop tech player in India to reach a $1 billion valuation. We have an exciting opportunity for Associate Director, Home Loans in our primary sales (residential) vertical.
We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of excellence and experience in scaling up a business in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding developers - Identification of target set, discussion, and negotiation, signing MoU's, and initiation of a business relationship for sourcing home loan leads
- Key Account Management - Ensuring high wallet share for each onboarded partner's loan business by continuous engagement
- Own the lead funnel from lead generation to disbursement
- On the service level metrics for each partner and customer
- Own and grow the cross-sales home loan business to NoBroker's primary sales customers
- Collaborate and work closely with the loan servicing team for fulfilment and other functions such as BD, marketing, strategy, etc.
- Devising marketing interventions to increase demand and enhance No broker Home loans visibility
- Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing on-ground team
- Establish clear revenue objectives for the week, month, and year & review performance regularly to proactively detect issues & optimize/ course correct immediately
- Design and implement incentive/compensation plans to motivate the team and achieve business results
Knowledge, skills, and experience required :
- Minimum 3-7 Years of Experience in Business Development, loan sales, and fintech domain
- Candidate from a premier College Educational Qualification: MBA/Graduation from a premier college
- Good understanding of marketing funnel metrics & associated data &analytics to measure & optimize performance
Behavioural Skills required : Experience in building and scaling up a business, prior team management experience, attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills, sales, and marketing leadership skills, ability to work in unstructured and fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment, strong team player and comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
Location : This role will be based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. However, frequent travel as perbusiness needs may be required.
