AD - Growth Marketing (App Focused)
- We are seeking a Customer Growth and Monetization Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV) optimization for our customers on the App.
- This cross-functional role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from organic audience traction to paid user conversions, driving engagement, maximizing customer retention and repeat purchases.
Key Role and Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for user acquisition, retention and monetization for the NoBroker app
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience, UI, and app functionality, ensuring a conversion-oriented platform
- Identify key touchpoints in the user journey to increase MAU/DAU, enhance conversion rates, reduce churn, and maximize customer LTV through targeted promotions and personalized recommendations
- Analyze user behavior and purchasing patterns to derive actionable insights for improving conversion and retention strategies
Align conversion and retention goals with overall business objectives and ensure timely execution Resulting in :
- Improved customer retention rate, and reduced churn, leading to greater customer LTV
- Improved user engagement metrics and enhanced user satisfaction scores
- Growth in repeat purchases and average revenue per user (ARPU)
- The overall increase in revenue generated from in-app purchases

- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Have an ear to the ground, get your hands dirty, and solve real problems.
- Should be good with data analysis and visualisation to draw insights, present to the management and communicate with the team
