Opening for Executive Assistant to Group CEO - NOBLE GROUP SA Central Africa.

Contract Terms:

Contract Terms: Employment Contract of 4 years (After 02 years of continuous employment, candidate is entitled to receive 1 month paid leaves with return air tickets and then candidate has to rejoin the company for remaining 2 years)

Security Deposit: Company will deduct 3 months salary on prorated basis in 24 months as security deposit which will be refunded to you as it is when you will complete 04 years contract.

(For e.g. If your Monthly Salary is 8000/- [3 months Salary = Rs. 24,000/-]. So 24,000/- will be deducted on pro-rata basis in 24 months [24000/24 = 1000]. Hence Your Net Salary will be 7,000/- Per Month)

Benefits in addition to salary: Food, Travel, Accommodation, Medical Expenses except inborne diseases, Visa, Air ticket, Laundry and Housekeeping. Increment Policy: Yearly based on performance review. Breach of contract clause: Candidate needs to payback all the liabilities to the company like Visa, Air ticket cost. Emergency Leaves in between the contract: - Candidate Needs to bear the cost of return ticket for his travel. Notice Period: 03 months from the date of resignation letter acceptance and handover of responsibilities to the reliever.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. MBA from IIM/XLRI/MDI or other Tier I institutes with 8-10 years of exp primarily into sales & marketing, corporate strategy

2. Managing businesses of group companies, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, for etc

3. Responsibility includes Financial Analysis, Strategy formulation, Investment Analysis, business planning, providing critical inputs to CEO - strategic decisions, operational planning, pricing, & process improvement

4. Preparing periodic business review presentations to track business performance

5. Assisting in strategic decision making to identify ways to improve relevant business metrics such as turnaround time, sales targets, or any other relevant metrics

6. Preparation of Annual Operating Plans & developing strategies for various business units

7. Reconciliation & variance analysis at each month-end with actual post-closing of books and presenting it to Chairman

8. Preparing and presenting yearly budgets which includes sales targets, revenue and expenditure forecasts and profitability
