Role and Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to the following) - Policy deployment - All System certification & Implementation (ISO 9001 /GMP/CE etc.) - Product compliances & Operational quality control (RM/PM/In Process/FG) - Customer complaints handling, having good knowledge of SPC & SQC - Guideline preparation and deployment, Risk Elimination, NPD, Deviation management & Continual improvements - Report Generation for function performance & product performance - Lead QA/QC department on day to day basis for concern activities - Lead in all external and third party QMS audits by certifying bodies and or external customers - Training need identification & Implementation - Site Pest Control service management - To conduct the internal Quality compliance audit, Planning and prepare the NC Report - To manage Quality manual, laboratory manual, SOP, WI and other documents related to product. - Tracking data of product and retention sample. Qualifications, Education & Work Experience Requirements : Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Science with 10 plus years' experience Preferred Skills - Certified Six sigma green belt - Quality lab & manpower management - Knowledge on SAP - Cost saving projects - Knowledge on 7 QC Tools - Customer Complaint Handling - ISO Certified Internal Auditor - 5S & Calibration of equipment's
