Roles and Responsibilities a) Operations: 1. Inventory Management- Own and manage the inventory across channels and portals 2. Closely work with the Supply chain team on procurement of desired stocks for all portals 3. Work on stock liquidation for high DOH stocks, and ensure seamless coverage for top selection 4. Understand sales trends and create weekly demand plan for portals ensuring the desired fill rates are met 5. Minimum Experience of 3-5 years required in Ecommerce operations b) Marketing: 1. Execution of effective and compelling Marketing/visibility activations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Pharmeasy and FirstCry etc. 2. Achieve the desired ROI and visibility for all brand ad campaigns within the budget assigned. 3. Should have worked on planning and end-to-end execution of AMS (Amazon advertising) campaigns and Flipkart PLA/brand ads. 4. Have strong experience in analyzing and optimizing campaigns to increase efficiency c) MIS: 1. Analyze sales, ads and operations reports and translate into ready to use data. Drive operational efficiency though analysis 2. Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports on ad performances, inventory control, fill rate and forecasting etc. Role is based out of Mumbai HO, but will involve regular travel as & when required Pan India Desired Candidate Profile 1. Overall Experience 3-6 years of ecommerce from any industry. Preferred experience of Brand side Ecommerce 2. In-Depth understanding and experience of amazon, flipkart & other Marketplace operations and processes 3. Should have worked on planning and end-to-end execution of AMS (Amazon advertising) campaigns and Flipkart PLA/brand ads 4. Strong excel knowledge and analytical skills
