- Responsible for connecting with Corporates in the assigned territory for Business Development for customized Course Sales - Involving Senior Management in lecture / webinar / seminar deliveries as also improving our courses to make them more industry oriented - Working on joint projects viz new course development, etc - Looking for Placement Opportunities in the corporate - Looking for any other opportunities to be connected with the corporate - Aggressive pursuit of corporates for the above - Work towards larger corporate acceptance of NMIMS Distance Courses and Candidates Qualification: - Graduate/Post Graduate - Management Degree preferred, but not compulsory Experience: - Minimum of 4+ years in successful business development experience with Corporates. - Must be well connected with senior managers and above of Talent Acquisition or Learning &amp; Development departments across industries. - Be aware of various educational technologies - Project Management experience along with Sales experience is a plus Position Responsibilities: - Aggressively Pursue targets set for the year - Be able to soak and manage Pressure - Reports to Head - Corporate Connect - Fix appointments with prospects, meet and identify problem areas and sell customized education programs - Identify potential for creating new programs by NGASCE - Identify industry experts for delivering existing and new programs - Identify job opportunities with corporates for NGASCE students - Ensure implementation of all projects undertaken - Engage existing corporate clients with new programs - Will work / liaison with various departments within NGASCE to get projects implemented - This position will require travel within the assigned territory 75% of the time
