NMIMS - Manager - Career Services (7-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing job search support for working and non-working students of NMIMS Global Access-distance education arm of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
- Provide job openings to a current base of 75,000+ students of NMIMS Global Access. 85% of our students are working professionals across different hierarchical levels, industries and locations.
- Understand current job profiles of the students and accordingly identify companies with relevant job openings.
- Tie-up with corporates on a long-term basis to receive job openings across different levels and service them from our student base.
- Manage execution of Career Service program that includes developmental interventions and refine the program wherever required.
- Manage Alumni relations
Requirements :
- Must be from Recruitment/Staffing companies having both Sales & Delivery targets
- Atleast 7-10 years of experience in Business Development & Delivery of Recruitment services.
- Open to Travel across country
- Base Location - Mumbai
