Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school's requirements. Their duties include teaching classes, academic advising and counseling of students, participation in departmental committee work, continuous development of the curriculum through assessment, applied research, scholarly activity, etc.

- Passionate about teaching with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust.

- Teaching experience and evidence of effective pedagogical approaches.

- Calm, patient, communicative by temperament, and amiable in disposition

- Exhibit responsible manner of conduct and demeanor

- Professional attitude and great work ethic

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements- Education & work experience

- Preferred to have a Doctoral Degree Ph.D or Pursuing Ph.D. in relevant discipline.

(Information Systems/ Marketing & Strategy/ Operations & Supply chain/ Behavioral Sciences & Communication/HRM/ Data Science & Analytics/ Finance/ Banking/Economics/Digital Marketing/ Computer Sciences)

- Proven work experience of 5-10 years of work experience in teaching / research / significant professional experience as SME with visiting Teaching/Training exposure

- Teaching Experience in Distance Education will be added advantage.
