Institutional Broking - Dealer Key Responsibilities : 1) Executing Trade Orders both on BSE/NSE Cash mkt/ Derivatives mkt terminals and on Bloomberg with 0% dealing error 2) Having experience of DMA ( one touch/ direct ) trade. 3) Having Experience to trade on various trading platform like Omnesys / Odin /TCS with risk parameter 4) Having a knowledge of Algo trading 5) Having knowledge of BOD and EOD process 6) Having a knowledge of Mapping of client code on Bloomberg fix 7) Assisting in brokers empanelment 8) Prepare and upload beginning-of-day orders' batch files, monitor trade executions, refresh end-of-day orders' batch files. 9) Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers and secure dealing votes from institution clients. 10) Generate block leads from clients, work on mandates to build book and getting block executed is the key role 11) Assisting clients for best execution , vvap and to reduce impact cost 12) Communicating trading ideas, tracking the client portfolio and keep feeding him on their interest 13) Meeting clients, coordinating with research and sales team to cater to clients- interests 14) Conduct regular meetings with clients as part of client servicing 15) BSE 6a/7a and NSE OTR file reporting system 16) Exchange bulk / block reporting system 17) Trade confirmations to client, custodian and the exchange. 18) STP reporting to custodian and clients 19) Back office knowledge like contract generation, pay in/ pay out also required. 20) To keep track on Corporate action announced 21) Having experience in QIP and OFS trade 22) To keep track on New Listing 23) Managing various regulatory compliances relating to dealing. Communication with all regulatory authorities and outside parties. 24) Should be able to read market price movements and have a decent market intelligence network. Having strong relationship with other mkt participant/ HNIs
