We are looking for a Compliance Officer who can take charge of our compliance and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities : - Review and ensure all compliances as required under RBI Master Directions and related controls are in place, updated in timely manner and are effective. - Adhere to all compliances with the new directives received / circulated / announced by RBI/SEBI as per defined timelines - Timely reporting of all RBI filings as prescribed under Master Direction or otherwise required - Developing framework, policies, processes, and documentation with respect to compliance in each of our various business verticals - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, KYC/AML, regulations, and internal guidelines regarding Compliance, Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering - Managing Banking Relationship with Partner Banks under co-branding arrangements - Manage the RBI/Banks audits & inspections, internal and statutory audits - Compliance related reporting and preparing various MISs for internal and external stakeholders - Preparing and presenting Compliance dashboards to Management and Board - Draft and review all policies as required under the various RBI regulations - Incidence management for any regulatory compliance related issue - Provide support in risk management, prevention and mitigation assessment and reporting to management Requirements : - Graduates/ Postgraduates - Min 2-5 Yrs of experience - Should be Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint - SQL Knowledge would be given preference - Basic understanding of NEO Banking and its working model - Knowledge of regulatory reporting and framework - Good knowledge of the Indian financial sectors and RBI. Good knowledge of prepaid card industry - Ideally be flexible and have a hands-on in work style, with the ability to work independently
