Position Overview:
The role of HR Recruiter is to join our Human Resources department and help us tap and acquire the best talent for Gurgaon Office. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent and build a strong employment brand. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be up-to-date about the vacancies and positions coming out.
- Understand the requirements of the position from the hiring manager and the skillset required in the candidate
- Effectively use search engines, job portals, LinkedIn and other social channels to source candidates
- Utilize direct sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet searches.
- Submit job postings on job portals
- Search resumes in the applicant database and evaluate the requirement of the position and the candidate skillset.
- Conduct initial phone interview screening to assess candidate's skill level, interest and cultural fit
- Explain the steps of the interview process to candidates
- Act as a connect between the candidates and the Hiring Managers of NITS Solutions and thereby ensure positive candidate experience.
- Do ad-hoc work as and when directed by Director of HR.
- Involvement in HR Ops for example but not limited to on-boarding, HR documentation, fun activities etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HR Recruiters with 2-5 years of experience in hiring for IT Industry.
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or related field.
- Full Recruitment Cycle experience with experience in calling US candidates
- Knowledge of a variety of job portals and hiring techniques with experience in using it is mandatory
- Fluent English with US Accent
- Analytical mind with excellent analysis skills
