Position Overview:

The job of an HR Executive is important to business success. People are our most valuable asset and you- ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of an HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the requirements of the position from the hiring manager and the skillset required in the candidate

- Effectively use search engines, job portals, LinkedIn and other social channels to source candidates

- Conduct initial phone interview screening to assess candidate's skill level, interest and cultural fit

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and by nurturing a positive working environment

- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures. And, maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.

- Participating in administrative staff meetings

- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

- A minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience preferred.

- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- People-oriented and results-driven

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
