Position Overview:

Our growing company is looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in new markets. We are looking for a resilient, empathic individual who can contribute to the growth of our company.

You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. We- re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities so as to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

- Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Ensure follow- -up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls- to - action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

Qualification & Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Master's preferred.

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, is required

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

- Ability to build rapport

- Must possess strong customer service skills and excellent negotiation

- Excellent Leadership and Managerial skills

- Ability to think on the feet and take strong decisions

- Analytical frame of mind with good problem-solving abilities

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner

- Good time management and planning skills
